Should we
continue to allow internal British law to be controlled by the
Human Rights Court in Strasbourg, with power to overrule our
Parliament?
If not, what
can we do about it? Do we have the courage to take power away
from the human rights vested interests?
There is a
first step we can take that would at least stop the situation
getting worse.
We can
renounce the adherence of the United Kingdom to Articles 25 (the
right of individual petition) and Article 46 (compulsory
jurisdiction) of the European Convention on Human Rights. This
