Should we continue to allow internal British law to be controlled by the Human Rights Court in Strasbourg, with power to overrule our Parliament?

If not, what can we do about it?  Do we have the courage to take power away from the human rights vested interests?

There is a first step we can take that would at least stop the situation getting worse.

We can renounce the adherence of the United Kingdom to Articles 25 (the right of individual petition) and Article 46 (compulsory jurisdiction) of the European Convention on Human Rights. This is the objective of The Movement for the Restitution of Parliamentary Democracy – see more at www.25-46.com
